Massage and Wellness Coaching Package
In this session, we will first discuss your wellness goals and create a self-care program that you can practice at home between sessions. My areas of specialty include, sleep health, anxiety, depression, chronic muscle tension/tightness, and pain due to work posture/s or repetitive motion. Treatments may include stretches, yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation approaches, as well as any other wellness and lifestyle changes you want to address. I also have extensive experience and connections with alternative health providers in Austin if you are looking for referrals to support your goals.
Before our first coaching session, you’ll fill out an intake form that will help us identify what you want to work on. Our first coaching session would consist of identifying your goals and a plan of action. In follow-up sessions we would monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. Session frequency will vary according to your needs.
